The old world is dead, and the new world is yet to be born. Our planet is unsettled people are adrift. Everywhere there is an epidemic of alienation and loneliness. Amongst the young mental illness has never been higher. Liberal democracy is failing. Capitalism is exhausted. The environment is under stress. What does this mean for Indigenous people especially our young? I will explore what the world of tomorrow will look like. What are the questions we should be asking? The future is coming at warp speed. In the next ten years we will undergo a thousand years of technological change. How do we prepare ourselves for a world that will be unrecognisable to the one we inhabit today. I suggest there are answers in our own culture, but it is not what we are hearing or saying right now.
